REMINDER to Homeowners, Builders and Contractors
regarding Architectural Committee Compliance

Please take notice:

The Recorded CC&Rs for EVERY homeowner within the community of Sunsites require that before making changes or improvements to the outside of their house (including garages, outbuildings, fences or walls) each homeowner is required to apply to the Sunsites Community Association's Architectural Committee in writing to obtain approval PRIOR to beginning work on the improvement.

Failure to obtain Architectural Committee approval may result in costly revisions or correction by the homeowner.
